Dear Friends,
Progress is happening in the fight against malaria because of our hard work and determination. Thank you for helping to insure that nearly 5 million children are alive today who might not have been just five years ago. Still a child dies every two minutes.

Trained health teams are on the ground, providing access to diagnostic tests and medicine, draining standing water, improving sanitation, educating millions on how to use bed nets correctly and communicating lifesaving messages.

Because of your generous gift of $2,248.72, we moved closer toward accomplishing this global dream to end death and suffering from malaria. United Methodists together have reached a milestone of providing $68 million in lifesaving gifts and pledges. Thank you!

I ask for your prayers and generosity as we heed God’s call to help the most vulnerable among us.The children and the pregnant mothers of sub-Saharan Africa, the largest number of malaria survivors, continue to have renewed hope and health because of your generosity.
